An ORA-07445 [druere()+182] is logged in the alert.log when a row(s) in a table with Text index is deleted or updated:

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orclprd_prn/ORCLPRD1/trace/ORCLPRD1_ora_94319.trc  (incident=1471229):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [druere()+182] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x59EA686] [Address not mapped to object] []
