Symptoms
Outbound message propagation via the Messaging Gateway Agent (MGW) fails with the following errors
oracle.mgw.common.GatewayException: [800] MQSeries queue manager, ICBSTS8QM, creation failed
and the linked WebSphere MQ Reason Code
com.ibm.mq.MQException MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2035
as reported in the MGW log file.
