Goal
This document is useful and applicable during the upgrade when the database is very big and taking large amount of time to recompile the objects.
There is a parallel version of utlrp script is available, which is the utlrcmp.sql script under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/. It can be used on the servers having more than one CPU.
