Symptoms

 While upgrading from 11gr2 to 12c(12.1.0.2),DBUA fails with below error –

The environment is a Solaris Super Cluster where AMM(Automatic Memory Management) & hence effectively,OSM(Optimized Shared Memory segment) is being used.
