1) Multi threaded OCI/OCCI application leaks memory when compiled and run with 12c client. Same code does not leak when run with 220.127.116.11.0 client.
2) Memory leak report from the valgrind or other equivalent tools has reference to "ztca_" functions. For example, ztca_GetRandom -> ztca_GetRandomMC-> ztca_rsaAdpCreateCtx.
3) Issue is specific to multi threading concept with 12c client version and not applicable when threading is not used.
Either the client is upgraded from lower version to 12c or its a new deployment with 12c client.
