GIMR creation: ORA-15041: diskgroup "CRS" space exhausted (Doc ID 2106660.1)

Symptoms

During configuration of GIMR, DBCA fails with error that space is exhausted, from trace:

The Container database selected is in the open state
Pluggable database name check succeeded.
Pluggable database admin user check succeeded.
+DG_OCRVOTING_FILES has enough space. Required space is 350 MB , available space is 928 MB.
Creating Pluggable Database
DBCA_PROGRESS : 4%
DBCA_PROGRESS : 12%
DBCA_PROGRESS : 21%
DBCA_PROGRESS : 38%
DBCA_PROGRESS : 39%
ORA-01119: error in creating database file +DG_OCRVOTING_FILES/_MGMTDB/FD9B43BF6A646F8CE043B6A9E80A2815/DATAFILE/giprod_cluster_temp012016-01-28_02-56-38-PM.dbf'
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file +DG_OCRVOTING_FILES/_MGMTDB/FD9B43BF6A646F8CE043B6A9E80A2815/DATAFILE/giprod_cluster_temp012016-01-28_02-56-38-PM.dbf
ORA-15041: diskgroup "DG_OCRVOTING_FILES" space exhausted
