Symptoms

Error opening database after restore/recover of the database with BCT on ASM:


RMAN-03002: failure of sql statement command at 02/12/2016 21:35:17
ORA-19751: could not create the change tracking file
ORA-19750: change tracking file: '+<asm disk group>/<db_unique_name>/CHANGETRACKING/ctf.289.903641315'
ORA-17502: ksfdcre:4 Failed to create file +<asm disk group>/<db_unique_name>/CHANGETRACKING/ctf.289.903641315
ORA-15046: ASM file name '+<asm disk group>/<db_unique_name>/CHANGETRACKING/ctf.289.903641315' is not in single-file creation form
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +<asm disk group>/<db_unique_name>/CHANGETRACKING/ctf.289.903641315
ORA-15012: ASM file '+<asm disk group>/<db_unique_name>/CHANGETRACKING/ctf.289.903641315' does not exist
