Step 5 Fails During Upgrade to Oracle Big Data Appliance (BDA) v4.4 when Upgrading the Sqoop2 Service (Doc ID 2106836.1)

While upgrading from v4.1.0 to v4.4.0 on Oracle Big Data Appliance(BDA) step 5 fails with:

ERROR: Puppet agent run on node <HOSTNAME3> had errors. List of errors follows

Error [14789]: (//<HOSTNAME3>.<DOMAIN>//Stage[main]/Hadoop::Installcdhparcel/Exec[deployparcel]/returns) change from notrun to 0 failed: /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/ &> /opt/oracle/BDAMammoth/bdaconfig/tmp/deployparcel_<EPOCH_TIMESTAMP>.out returned 1 instead of one of [0]

The deployparcel_<EPOCH_TIMESTAMP>.out shows:

Operation failed
Result Message is: "Failed to upgrade cluster",

From CM > All Recent Commands:

Upgrade Cluster command showed "Failed to upgrade cluster"

 Drilling down further may also show something similar to Upgrade Sqoop > Failed to Upgrade Sqoop.
