Symptoms

When attempting to execute roothas.pl script after installing GI software, the following error is reported

User must be "SYSTEM", or ADMINISTRATOR must be or a member of Administrators group to run root script
2016-02-15 00:01:11: Not running as authorized user
Insufficient privileges to execute this script
