Symptoms

Database instance crashes with the following errors in the alert log:

Errors in file ADR_base/diag/product_type/product_id/instance_id/trace/<SID>_ckpt_7153.trc (incident=70521):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kccida_3], [8192], [16384], [16002], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
