crsd.bin crashed unexpectedly due to error "rbkp:2: could not allocate memory"

crsd.bin process crashed unexpected during OCR auto backup with following symptoms:
1. Error was found in Grid alert log:
[ohasd(2228984)]CRS-2765:Resource 'ora.crsd' has failed on server 'corerac1'.
2. Error "rbkp:2: could not allocate memory" was found in crsd.log:
