After deinstalling Oracle Text, UPDATE statement from an application:

update quick_text set rulenm='test' where ruleid='C10.AB04.Report.GR.Notification.2days'

Fails with an ORA-29881 "failed to validate indextype".

Oracle Text was recently deinstalled.
