After logging into Cloudera Navigator, following Doc ID: 2109339.1, on BDA V4.3/CDH 5.4.7/CM 5.4.7 with TLS-Logging into Cloudera Navigator Raises "Access Denied You are not authorized to view the requested page", navigating to Administration and searching for groups returns nothing.
