Error in the Alert Log: ORA-600[ktliFlsPrvtBlks_1]

Symptoms

1.  In different scenarios the following error occurs in the alert log:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktliFlsPrvtBlks_1], [156434502], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

    Scenarios include:

    The Data Pump Import log shows the following errors:
