Symptoms

Note when the BDA is upgraded to 4.4 MySQL is upgraded to 5.6.26 from 5.5.35.  In the scenario here, after upgrade to BDA V4.4 the MySQL password for the BDA_ODI_REPO user is lost by the user.

Trying to reset the password raises the error "Password hash should be a 16-digit hexadecimal number".
