Symptoms
After downgrading DB from 12.1.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 and then upgrade to 11.2.0.4.160119 (DB PSU patch 21948347),
now when SQLLDR program is run, get the following error:
Still get ORA-01426 error after applying generic 11.2.0.4.0 patch 20312022, per note
"Bug 20312022 - ORA-1426: numeric overflow after an upgrade to 12.1.0.2 and downgrade to 11.2.0 (Doc ID 20312022.8)".
