After downgrading DB from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 and then upgrade to 22.214.171.124.160119 (DB PSU patch 21948347),
now when SQLLDR program is run, get the following error:

ORA-01426: numeric overflow
Still get ORA-01426 error after applying generic 126.96.36.199.0 patch 20312022, per note
"Bug 20312022 - ORA-1426: numeric overflow after an upgrade to 188.8.131.52 and downgrade to 11.2.0 (Doc ID 20312022.8)".
Downgrade DB from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11 and then upgrade to 18.104.22.168.0
