Symptoms
ADG standby database reports an error:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbgtcr_13], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
The corresponding trace file shows below characteristics.

- Current SQL was selecting from SYS.DBA_TABLESPACES, SYS.DBA_DATA_FILES, SYS.DBA_FREE_SPACE, SYS.DBA_TEMP_FILES, GV$SORT_SEGMENT, SYS.TS$, V$PARAMETER for 'UNDO'.
- SPACE metadata blocks (type: 0x1d=KTFB Bitmapped File Space Header) and UNDO blocks (type: 0x26=KTU SMU HEADER BLOCK) read by kcbgcur() in Active Dataguard (ADG) are present in incident trace file.
