Symptoms
The instance fails to start on Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 11.3 with following error when started with parameter MEMORY_TARGET set like:
SQL> startup;
ORA-27122: unable to protect memory
SVR4 Error: 13: Permission denied
