Crash When RMAN Is Executed Via The Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER
(Doc ID 2118771.1)

Applies to:Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 220.127.116.11 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
After upgrade from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124.2 RMAN crashes when executed via the Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER
In a nutshell, Oracle is not recognizing the PATH variable being set by the system, thus not finding the path to the EMC binaries correctly. This ONLY seems to occur when RMAN is executed via the Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER. When the exact same RMAN script is executed from the WINDOWS TASK SCHEDULER - or manually from a CMD prompt - it runs correctly and finds everything it needs in PATH.
