Crash When RMAN Is Executed Via The Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER (Doc ID 2118771.1)

After upgrade from to RMAN crashes when executed via the Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER

In a nutshell, Oracle is not recognizing the PATH variable being set by the system, thus not finding the path to the EMC binaries correctly. This ONLY seems to occur when RMAN is executed via the Oracle DBMS SCHEDULER. When the exact same RMAN script is executed from the WINDOWS TASK SCHEDULER - or manually from a CMD prompt - it runs correctly and finds everything it needs in PATH.
