RMAN Retention Policy with differential and cumulative backups

Goal
We're configuring our backups to be weekly incremental level 0 and daily cumulative incremental level 1
For the retention policy we've been requested to:
- Keep previous two full (level 0) backups.
- Keep last cumulative incremental (level 1) for previous weeks full but not other inbetween backups
- Keep previous 3 days of cumulative incrementals (level 1)
Please can you advise if this would be possible by using the retention policy settings within rman (e.g. redundancy or recovery window)?
