Symptoms

Upgrading from Pro*COBOL 1.8 (as shipped with 8.1.7.4) to Pro*COBOL 10.2.0.3, the precompiler is
generating invalid COBOL source code due to embedded CR or LF characters in VALUE clauses of variable definitions,
resulting in subsequent COBOL compiler errors.
 

 

Changes

 Upgraded from Pro*COBOL 1.8 (as shipped with Precompilers 8.1.7.4) to Pro*COBOL 10.2.0.3
