Goal

 This document assumes the existence of an Oracle Key Vault server with an endpoint enrolled. The variables ORACLE_SID,ORACLE_HOME and OKV_HOME must be set in oracle processes environment. In case of a RAC Database these variables must be set in srvctl environment as well.
