Describe what he following  start up notes means:


1. InnoDB: The InnoDB memory heap is disabled
2. InnoDB: Using mutexes to ref count buffer pool pages
3. InnoDB: Memory barrier is not used
4. InnoDB: Not using CPU crc32 instructions
