Symptoms
In alert log file getting an error like:
ORA-7445 [osshdl_finalize()+336 osshdl.c:297]
sometimes followed by an error similar with:
ORA-7445 [osshdl_dump_handles()+253 osshdl.c:731]
Call stack trace:
The error is seen in RMAN client processes when doing backup on tape.
