Symptoms

Using Oracle Net Manager on Oracle 12c client side to manage the Oracle Net Service, there is no problem with Oracle Net Manager but the Oracle client cannot get alias name.

Error output "TNS-03505: Failed to resolve name" when running tnsping <aliasName>

OUD log shows entry found (with nentries=1) -
