ODA: After ODA Infra Upgrade To 220.127.116.11.0 Cannot Establish SSH Connection when using LDAP

After upgrading ODA server Infra patch to 126.96.36.199.0 using the option --infra -local for one node successfully:
1. Was not able to login to server as root user.
2. When customer enter the correct password for root user they get the error "SERVER UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSED NETWORK CONNECTION"
3. If customer enter the wrong Password it will say "ACCESS DENIED"
The ssh connections are failing for oracle,grid and root user.even the ILOM serial console login too fails.
booted the node via diagnostic ISO and /var/log/secure log shows LDAP module issue.
Upgrading the INFRA on the one of the node on the ODA server.
