Big Data SQL 3.0 Installation Fails on an HDP Cluster (Doc ID 2130751.1)

Symptoms

Big Data SQL 3.0 installation fails on an HDP cluster.  Big Data SQL 3.0 does not integrate properly between a HDP cluster and a 12C DB.

Starting Big Data SQL in Ambari raises:

resource_management.core.exceptions.Fail: Execution of '/var/lib/ambari-agent/cache/stacks/HDP/2.3/services/BIGDATASQL/package/scripts/start.sh' returned 1. /var/lib/ambari-agent/cache/stacks/HDP/2.3/services/BIGDATASQL/package/scripts/start.sh: line 27: /opt/oracle/bd_cell/cellsrv/deploy/scripts/unix/rs/bd_cell_shutdown.sh: No such file or directory
sh: /opt/oracle/bd_cell/cellsrv/deploy/scripts/unix/rs/bd_cell_startup.sh: No such file or directory
Could not start Big Data SQL Cell service component.
