Symptoms

RMAN duplicate failing with error.

RMAN command being run:  DUPLICATE TARGET DATABASE TO <DB_UNIQUE_NAME> FROM ACTIVE DATABASE SKIP TABLESPACE <TABLESPACE_NAME>;

The failure occurs after all of the datafiles have been copied:
