Symptoms
When executing the statement
crsctl replace votedisk +VOTING_DISK
Errors similar to the following are returned by the command.
CRS-4256: Updating the profile
CRS-4602: Failed 27 to add voting file a906d56217ed4fb2bffdd3522333ea96.
CRS-4602: Failed 27 to add voting file 6dc2a708f77a4f97bfe60745a22ba1ee.
CRS-4602: Failed 27 to add voting file 46dd2c9e4ece4f25bffba76fd0699f02.
Failure 27 with Cluster Synchronization Services while deleting voting disk.
Failed to replace voting disk group with +VOTING_DISK.
