Many audit files are generated on Oracle Restart after upgrading to 12c (Doc ID 2137020.1)

Symptoms

Many audit files are generated  in $GRID_HOME/rdbms/audit direcotry on Oracle Restart and the audit trace file has the following content:

Changes

 The database has been upgraded to 12.1 and the default listener has been changed.
