In a RAC pluggable database a Data Pump import with PARALLEL > 1 fails with following messages:

 The issue is occurring when:

- doing import in a RAC pluggable database and database is not open in all nodes (opened in one node and mounted in the rest of nodes).

and

- PARALLEL > 1

and

- CLUSTER = YES

and

- Parameter SERVICE_NAME was not used
