In this Document
 1. Take a fresh backup snapshot on A.
 2. Setup the server C with 'log-replica-updates' , 'log-bin'
 3. Load backup snapshot to C,D
 4. Make a new replication set
 5. Check replication status and switch over.
 6. Change the application source regarding connection part in order to connect new replication set.
