ORA-31061/ORA-19202/ ORA-31111 Error While Inserting Data Into XMLTYPE Datatype (Doc ID 2140397.1)

Symptoms

Insert operation fails using Managed ODP.NET 12.1.0.2  while inserting data into XMLTYPE datatype column, if the length of the XML document (tags and data) is 238 or more characters.

Error Message when inserted is as below:

 Upgraded the ODAC/Oracle client to 12.1.0.2 Release 4
