Symptoms
After dismounting and dropping ACFS filesystems (with asmca) the following error messages continously occurs in clusterware alert log
cat /opt/app/base/diag/crs/rachost1/crs/trace/alert.log:
2016-01-21 11: 35: 18,465 [CLSECHO (2707)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9105: Disk 'DATAACFS1' was not found in 'DATAACFS1'.
2016-01-21 11: 35: 18,591 [CLSECHO (2709)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9257: device '/ dev / asm / DATAACFS1-95' is to mount point '/ import 'mounted.
2016-01-21 11: 35: 18,886 [CLSECHO (2719)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9258: device '/ dev / asm / DATAACFS1-95' failed to mount point '/ will import 'mounted.
2016-01-21 11: 35: 20,177 [CLSECHO (2785)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9105: Disk 'DATAACFS1' was not found in 'DATAACFS1'.
2016-01-21 11: 35: 20.270 [CLSECHO (2787)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9257: device '/ dev / asm / DLMSACFS1-356' is to mount point '/ lm 'mounted.
2016-01-21 11: 35: 20,545 [CLSECHO (2805)] CRS-10001: 21-Jan-16 11:35 ACFS 9258: device '/ dev / asm / DLMSACFS1-356' failed to mount point '/ lms' are mounted.
