"SemanticException Sentry does not allow privileges to be granted/revoked to/from: USER" Raised with Sentry on Oracle Big Data Appliance (Doc ID 2145514.1)

Symptoms

When using the bdaadmin account, which is a sentry account, it is not possible to grant permissions to a group.  The follow error occurs in beeline:
