Symptoms
Performance issue after upgrading database to 11.2.0.4.
lots of "enq: TX - row lock contention" wait events in the database due to oracle text procedure ctxsys.syncrn fixed by recreating the procedure following oracle Doc ID 1586704.1.
After applying this fix lots of blocking sessions due to "begin ctxsys.syncrn(:idxownid, :idxoname, :idxid, :ixpid, :rtabnm, :flg, :smallr); end;"
