ODA: INFRA upgrade to 220.127.116.11.0 failed during reboot: VFS Unable To Open Root Device "VolGroupSys/LogVolRoot"

The workaround for the issue ramdisk corruption during oda 126.96.36.199->188.8.131.52 or 184.108.40.206->220.127.116.11 infra upgrade stage and system cannot boot up.
For customers upgrading from 18.104.22.168 -> 22.214.171.124 hitting similar issue. They could boot into the old kernel and fix the issue by doing step 17.
Upgrading OAK infra to 126.96.36.199.0 and the server is now stuck in reboot loop
Detail message found on the console:
If we can check the upgrade logs we can find: gzip: stdout: No space left on device in the upgrade logs.
Upgrading from 188.8.131.52 -> 184.108.40.206
or Upgrade from 220.127.116.11->18.104.22.168
