ODA: INFRA upgrade to 18.104.22.168.0 failed during reboot: VFS Unable To Open Root Device "VolGroupSys/LogVolRoot"

The workaround for the issue ramdisk corruption during oda 188.8.131.52->184.108.40.206 or 220.127.116.11->18.104.22.168 infra upgrade stage and system cannot boot up.
For customers upgrading from 22.214.171.124 -> 126.96.36.199 hitting similar issue. They could boot into the old kernel and fix the issue by doing step 17.
Upgrading OAK infra to 188.8.131.52.0 and the server is now stuck in reboot loop
Detail message found on the console:
If we can check the upgrade logs we can find: gzip: stdout: No space left on device in the upgrade logs.
Upgrading from 184.108.40.206 -> 220.127.116.11
or Upgrade from 18.104.22.168->22.214.171.124
