 Why would it appear that the bandwidth option is not working? 
 What property should be set to increase the number of threads for the balancer job?
 If the balancer is run in the background is it possible to modify the configuration during balancer execution to increase parameters to speed balancing up?
 If the balancer configuration is changed while the balancer is running what is the impact?
 What happens if a DataNode goes down while the balancer is running?
 Can the rebalance be stopped manually?
 Is it possible to switch from running the balancer in the background to running the balancer with maximum speed in the middle of a rebalance by stopping the current running rebalance?
