Disk Space Runs Out and /var/lib/mysql/navigator Uses Excessive Space - For Example 349GB of the 500GB (Doc ID 2151072.1)

Symptoms

The symptom is that disk space is running out.  It is found that one file, /var/lib/mysql/navigator, takes up most of the space.  That file, /var/lib/mysql/navigator, is found to be using 349GB of the total 500GB.

It is observed that /var/lib/mysql/navigator is full of events like:

• HIVE_AUDIT_EVENTS_2016_05_05.frm
• SENTRY_AUDIT_EVENTS_2016_05_01.frm
• HUE_AUDIT_EVENTS_2016_04_18.ibd
• SOLR_AUDIT_EVENTS_2016_04_13.frm
