Symptoms

During an upgrade from 11.2 to 12.1.0.2, the following errors were reported for Workspace Manager:

ORA-20001: Errors encountered during table migration. Query wmsys.wm$migration_error_table.
ORA-06512: at "WMSYS.OWM_VSCRIPT_PKG", line 3730


The wmsys.wm$migration_error_table has the following error:
