Symptoms

Running "bdacli enable bdd" to install BDD 1.2.2 on BDA V4.5/CDH 5.7.1 fails on Step 1 with:

ERROR: Number of processing units available in <HOSTNAME5> should be at least four
ERROR: Cannot continue with operation #Step -1#

Running the command "ssh <HOSTNAME5>.<DOMAINNAME> grep -c cores /proc/cpuinfo" from Node 1 returns a Linux banner something like below.

Output when "ERROR: Number of processing units available in <HOSTNAME5> should be at least four" is raised looks like:

The generic command to run is "ssh <HOSTNAME5>.<DOMAINNAME> grep -c cores /proc/cpuinfo". The number of cores returned will differ with BDA hardware version.
