- MGMTDB db tablespace SYSMGMTDATA is getting filledup. _MGMTDB/ is consuming around 30 Gb of space. Purging is not happening

- They have 57 12c clusters. For 15 of those, the MGMTDB is being monitored by OEM 12c. For all 15, the SYSMGMTDATA tablespace has grown to 12 GB (using 24 GB because it is mirrored). This has filled the 30 GB GRID1 disk group. For the other 42 12c clusters the 30 GB GRID1 disk group is no more than 32.7% used.

- 8 of the full ones are 3 node clusters, 5 are 2 node clusters and 2 are 1 node clusters. The other 42 are mostly 3 node clusters.
some 1 node and 2 node clusters fill and some 3 node clusters fill and some do not.

- Across the board, the only clusters that fill are the ones where the MGMTDB is monitored by OEM.
