Oakcli Configure Firstnet Returns: "Error The Node 192.168.16.25 Is Not Reachable" After Change IB Card to Fiber Card (Doc ID 2157426.1)

Symptoms

The customer has Installed Fiber-Cards in the ODA, then redeployed the OVS image.

After running the oakcli configure ib2fiber command the nodes where rebooted. When running the command "oakcli configure firstnet" the following error occurs:
