Unable to Open Connections with Connection Pool Too Small (Doc ID 2161232.1)

On : 5.5 version, Error Messages

Unable to open connection to MySQL even though only one third of connections are used compared to max_connetcions.



Here is the error from application (jboss eap) after mysql connection reached 558, it show error:
