Purpose

To announce a change in behavior for how OPatch addresses superset/subset patching

Scope

This is applicable to all levels of expertise for OPatch.

The 12.2.0.1.5 release of OPatch is used for all releases 12.1.0.x and later

The 11.2.0.3.14 release of OPatch is used for all releases 11.2.0.1 - 11.2.0.4
