Symptoms

Grid Infrastructure (GI) cluster verification utility (cluvfy) check fails on NTP:

$ /u01/app/12.2.0/grid/bin/cluvfy stage -pre crsinst -n <host01>,<host02>,<host03>

Verifying Node Reachability ...PASSED
Verifying User Equivalence ...PASSED
...
...
...
Verifying Network Time Protocol (NTP) ...FAILED
PRVF-5507 : NTP daemon or service is not running on any node but NTP configuration file exists on the following node(s): <host02>,<host01>,<host03>
