Enabling BDD 1.2.2 on BDA Fails If Stale BDD 1.1.1 Processes are Running-Logs Report "Error! ADMIN_SERVER_PORT has already been occupied." (Doc ID 2164761.1)

Symptoms

Enabling BDD 1.2.2 on BDA 4.5 with 'bdacli enable bdd' fails with:
