Dropping DISK :: Drop disk is failing with WARNING still has contents (32 AUs)

They added 3 new disks to DG ASM diskgroup with rebalance power 0 and tried to drop 3 old disks with rebalance power 5.
When dropping, it shows DROPPING State in OEM and v$asm_disk then just hangs in DROPPING State. ASM alert log shows,
SUCCESS: ALTER DISKGROUP DG DROP DISK DG_0000 DISK DG_0001 REBALANCE POWER 5 /* EM */
