Symptoms

bdacheckcluster raises errors like:

bdanode0x: error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
bdanode0x: rpmdb: Thread/process 11451/140663492892576 failed: Thread died in Berkeley DB library
bdanode0x: error: db3 error(-30974) from dbenv->failchk: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery
bdanode0x: error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - (-30974)

The complaint can be on any node. 

The directory, /var/lib/rpm, looks as expected
