Symptoms
A Streams replication setup script includes commands to create multiple propagations (9+) with the same source queue. Execution of the script fails in some environments with the following errors on creation of the 6th or 7th propagation:
Failure in DBMS_STREAMS_ADM.ADD_SCHEMA_PROPAGATION_RULES: ORA-24085: operation failed, queue STRMADMIN.STREAMS_CAPTURE_Q is invalid
